Accountabilities
Assist in managing the consumer product line from new product initiation through obsolescence.
" Accountable for immediate attention to planning and execution of new product development and consumer promotions.
" Manage the shipment forecast, departmental financial budget and departmental financial and daily spending.
" Report data necessary to measure the Key Performance Indicators in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
" Develop and manage new products, consumer promotions, and product segment forecasts.
" Analyze and reduce financial forecast variances.
" Assist in the media planning process.
" Assist in developing annual marketing plan.
" Responsible for the development of packaging and promotional materials.
" Develop product claims and work with cross-functional team to determine how claims will be supported.
" Work within, lead and act as Project Champion among cross-functional teams in developing new products, promotions, etc.
" Act as liaison between Fem Hy Marketing and Consumer Call Center to keep them abreast of all activities.
" Work with our Sales Force to develop sales materials and key account presentations.
" Work with outside agencies to ensure product benefits are being communicated effectively and efficiently.
" Manage brand website and oversee all changes.
" Perform other related duties as assigned.
