Position Responsibilities:	The Graphics Designer is responsible for developing and managing the artistic creations necessary to support companys strategic growth objectives. Leads the development of artwork and templates and produces error-free production files for packaging, literature, website, and promotional materials. Position Requirements Creates and maintains print material including packaging, catalogs, brochures, promotions and other related sales literature. Creates original files or templates for production. Design product packaging for a wide assortment of product lines Design and maintain website Photograph new products and merchandising for marketing materials. Maintain image library
Direct Reports:	0 Education Required: BS/BA pref.
Position Experience:	Undergraduate degree in graphic design or related field OR 2 year degree in graphic design plus related work experience (portfolio required) Minimum 5 years work experience Printing and packaging experience desired. Strong working knowledge of CMYK printing production and preparing files for commercial printing necessary. Creativity  Ability to deliver compelling designs within the guidelines of specific project objectives Strong project management skills  Ability to manage, design and produce assigned projects from concept to completion with little supervision. Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Quark Xpress, Dreamweaver and Flash Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
