Position Responsibilities: This position is responsible for managing all daily fulfillment tasks for our online and retail breathalyzer orders:

-Reviewing all incoming orders for address and payment verification.

-Occasional email and phone contact with customers to clarify problematic shipping addresses and resolve shipping-related questions.

-Oversee the entire shipping and QC department to ensure orders are processed on time.

-Preparing paperwork, labeling, and tracking details for retail shipments.

-Printing shipping labels and packing slips through our ecommerce stores with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.

Other responsibilities include:

-Inventory Management  making sure our system contains highly accurate inventory numbers, and management of our products and shipping supplies

-Reordering products from our warehouse or from vendors whenever necessary

-Provide purchase forecasts to KHN overseas manufacturing facilities and plan quarterly production schedules.

-Create and verify domestic and international shipments, including commercial invoices, and any other necessary documents

-Provide shipping quotes to sales personnel on international shipments and large retail shipments.

-Maintain relationships with logistics suppliers including negotiating rates for best cost.

-Set up shipping processes with new vendors

-Oversee QC procedures on location

The ideal candidate for this position will grow with the company long-term, take on additional responsibilities not mentioned in this ad, and be able to offer feedback and support in areas outside of shipping. You must be a team player who can perform duties with a sense of urgency, produce timely results, have good communication skills and be able to work well with others. You must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to work under pressure. You will help run all of our shipping activities, a crucial aspect of our business.

Education Required: BS/BA
 
Position Experience: -Four year college degree required.

-Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows XP and excellent familiarity with the web and online technologies; ecommerce experience a plus.

-Extreme attention to detail - perfectionists are encouraged to apply!

-Exceptional multitasking abilities.

-Strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Availability during normal business hours.

-Comfort working in a small business environment.
