Position Responsibilities: Strategically develops and oversees execution of annual shopper marketing plan for assigned customers across all brands. Manages agency in planning, creation and implementation of value-added programming. Works closely with Sales managers in providing strategic program direction and penetrating key customer organizations (i.e. attending regular customer presentations). Responsible for business/program analysis and project management with cross functional peers. Additional responsibilities include: - Lead agency in developing shopper marketing strategies, creative themes, and offers to help drive CANN/ROP that meet customer and brand objectives - Execution of programs and tactics on time and with excellence. Ensure program investment is properly leveraged to maximize ROI - Develop top customer programs that meet customer and brand objectives. Ensure program investment is properly leveraged to maximize ROI - Validate ROI for program roll-out. Post program analysis to include CANN growth, ROI and other appropriate measures (e.g. trial/repeat, etc.) - Ensure program expenses are properly tracked and within budget - Helps develops junior talent via training and mentoring when appropriate - Relate all activities back to and manage against the customer business targets and objectives for assigned brand

Position Experience: Qualifications - Bachelors in Business Administration - 5 years of shopper marketing related experience in the CPG industry (Client or Agency) - Strong analytic, communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead teams and work cross functionally in a matrix environment - Passion for executing with excellence - Prior P&L management - Strong PC skills - Proficient in IRI/Nielsen applications
