Position Responsibilities:	I. Function The successful candidate will have a multi faceted background with demonstrated experience and success in finance and ability to manage through others and impact all areas of the company. Responsibilities include all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company. This position will provide leadership in administration, business planning, accounting, budgeting, and administration of plant operations. This position reports to the President of the company. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in finance. Experience in the cpg industry is mandatory. Responsibilities " Manage and lead the finance department " Insure all local, federal and international financial legal requirements are met and our company is compliant in all areas " Deliver timely, accurate financial metrics to senior management " Provide insights based on current data and trends " Work with entire team to insure they have the tools and current information to effectively manage their departments and encourage open active dialogue to insure the entire team is working in synchronization with up to date financial information III. Working Relationships " Reports to the president " Interacts routinely with all team members and functions
